Melanie Harrison, born in Wiltshire in 1982.

BA English Literature from Cardiff University

MA Creative Writing from University of East Anglia.

Performed poetry at venues including The Toucan Club in Cardiff. Short story ‘Snaverroot’ published in Concertina, an anthology of new writing, by Pen & Inc Press in 2004. Writes articles for Alastair Sawday’s Special Escapes (http://www.special-escapes.co.uk/) and contributed to Sawday’s book Go Slow England (published April 2008). Reviews for creative arts and media site Transition Tradition (http://www.transitiontradition.com/). I work as Book Publishing Assistant for Intellect and am editor of the magazine IQ.
